Ashton Mota (he/him/él) is a junior at Yale College studying Political Science and Spanish. His public career began at fourteen, when he served as a youth face of Massachusetts’ Yes on 3 campaign —the nation’s first ballot-box victory protecting transgender rights. Since then he’s introduced President Biden at a White House Pride celebration, amplified national messaging as a Human Rights Campaign Youth Ambassador, and co-authored A Kids Book About Being Inclusive to equip the next generation with the language of belonging.

Before being a creator, consultant, or speaker, I am a digital native. While nurturing my online community of over 100,000 young people, every day I see a massive rift in intergenerational understanding and untapped opportunities for connection. As a representative of the up-to-date cyber consumer, I actively study, sway, and inhabit the same spaces that brands are struggling to break into. With a background in corporate branding and an expertise in multi-format content creation, my approach to marketing is behavioral.

Reggie Sanders is a sports professional with an extensive background in baseball at various levels as a ballplayer, scout, instructor, mental performance consultant, mentor & Life Coach. Now also an author, Sanders consultants elite coaches & athletes (MLB, NCAA, NBA, NFL). Most recently, he has began public speaking engagements in response to the interest of his soon to be released book 'The Major League Mind' The Ultimate Guide to a Career in Professional Baseball.
